All templates and digital products offered through this website are provided as-is upon delivery. Once a template has been delivered, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to both standard templates and custom codes included within a template. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and features prior to purchase to ensure compatibility with their intended use. Any modifications required after delivery will be treated as a separate service and may incur additional fees.

When engaging in custom design or development services, payments are structured into milestones, including an initial deposit, interim payment, and final balance. Each payment made is non-refundable, including the deposit. Once a project milestone is completed, payment for that stage is required before moving forward. Clients acknowledge that website design, development, and delivery are creative and technical processes that require time and effort. All deliverables will be provided as agreed during the project timeline, and revisions are limited to the agreed scope. Additional changes outside of scope will be subject to new charges.

Custom codes provided within templates or as part of a project are developed specifically for use on Wix, Webflow, or Squarespace platforms, unless otherwise stated. Codes may not be resold, redistributed, or repurposed outside of the agreed project or product. Any unauthorized use of provided code is strictly prohibited. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any additional integrations or third-party services do not conflict with the provided code. Technical support is offered only within the scope defined at the time of delivery.

All website designs, written content, graphics, and other intellectual property created by Chamindu Dilshan remain the property of Chamindu Dilshan until full payment for the project is completed. Once payment has been received in full, ownership rights for the final website deliverables are transferred to the client. However, Chamindu Dilshan reserves the right to showcase completed projects, templates, and custom work in a personal portfolio, on the website chamindudilshan.com, and on associated platforms for promotional purposes. Clients may not claim authorship or resell the provided designs without prior written consent.

While all efforts are made to deliver high-quality templates, services, and custom codes, Chamindu Dilshan will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use a delivered product or service. This includes, but is not limited to, technical issues, third-party integrations, hosting provider limitations, or user error. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and ensuring proper usage of their websites and digital assets.

Chamindu Dilshan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is the responsibility of clients and customers to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of templates, services, or website content after updates have been posted will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
